Geriatric Depression Scale Short Form Questionnaire
Definition 1
A standardized rating scale developed by Sheikh et al in 1986, which is a shorter version derived from the original GDS and used to identify depression in older adults. The questionnaire contains 15 items. All questions are answered 'yes' or 'no'. (NCI Thesaurus)
