GOLGA5/RET Fusion Protein
A fusion protein (899 aa, ~101 kDa) encoded by the GOLGA5/RET fusion gene. This protein is comprised of 497 N-terminal amino acids of the golgin subfamily A member 5 protein fused with most of the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of the proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Ret protein, including the tyrosine kinase domain.
