Golgi Alpha-Mannosidase II Inhibitor
Any agent that inhibits golgi alpha-mannosidase II, a mannose-trimming enzyme that is the final hydrolase in the N-glycosylation pathway. Inhibition of golgi alpha-mannosidase II decreases the formation of carbohydrate structures required for cell-cell adhesion. (NCI Thesaurus)
