Granulomatous Dermatitis
An inflammatory reaction of the skin to various organic and inorganic antigens. It is characterized by tumor-like masses or nodules of granulomatous tissue comprised of activated histiocytes, epitheliod cells, and multinucleated giant cells. (NCI Thesaurus)
