Henoch-Schonlein Purpura
Definition 1
A systemic, usually self-limited immune complex vasculitis, characterized by immunoglobulin A deposition in the small vessels and kidneys. It is manifested with small hemorrhages in the skin, gastrointestinal symptoms, arthritis, and nephropathy. (NCI Thesaurus)
