    Hydroa Vacciniforme-Like Lymphoma

    A rare, EBV-positive primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, composed of CD8 positive cytotoxic T-lymphocytes. It is considered a variant of nasal type extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma. It affects children, almost exclusively in Latin America and Asia. Patients present with papulovesicular skin lesions, clinically resembling hydroa vacciniforme, in areas of sun-exposed skin.
