Hypoxanthine Phosphoribosyltransferase
Cytoplasmic Hypoxanthine Phosphoribosyltransferases (Purine/Pyrimidine Phosphoribosyltransferase Family) catalyze the conversion of 5-phosphoribosyl-1-pyrophosphate and hypoxanthine, guanine, or 6-mercaptopurine to the corresponding 5'-mononucleotides and pyrophosphate.
