    IgG Phospholipid Unit

    A unit for semiquantitative measurement of IgG autoantibodies to proteins associated with negatively charged phospholipids evaluated in ELISA serum anticardiolipin or anionic phospholipid assay against an established reference standard. One IgG phospholipid unit is equivalent to one mg/mL of an affinity-purified standard IgG sample obtained from specified individuals. (NCI Thesaurus)
