    Immunoperoxidase Procedure

    An immunological procedure in which antibodies are coupled with a peroxidase molecule. Following localization via the antibody, the peroxidase is reacted with a corresponding substrate to produce a product which can be seen with a light microscope. (NCI Thesaurus)
