In 111 Monoclonal Antibody Lym-1
A radioimmunoconjugate of a murine monoclonal antibody, MoAb Lym-1, labeled with indium 111 (In-111). MoAb Lym-1 recognizes an epitope of the histocompatibility antigen HLA-DR, which is over-expressed on most B-cell lymphomas. In-111 MoAb Lym-1 emits gamma radiation and X-Ray photons that can be captured by gamma camera allowing imaging of tumor cells that express HLA-DR antigen. (NCI Thesaurus)
