In 111 Monoclonal Antibody M170
A radioimmunoconjugate of the monoclonal antibody (MoAb) M170 labelled with Indium 111 (In-111). MoAb M170 recognizes an epitope of MUC1 mucins, which are up-regulated in many human adenocarcinomas. In-111 MoAb M170 emits gamma radiation and X-Ray photons, thereby allowing detection of tumor localization and distribution of MoAb M170 in diagnostic imaging procedures. (NCI Thesaurus)
