In 111 Monoclonal Antibody MN-14
A radioimmunoconjugate of a murine monoclonal antibody, MoAb MN-14, labeled with indium 111 (In-111). MoAb Lym-1 recognizes an epitope of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), which is over-expressed in many tumor cell types. In-111 MoAb MN-14 emits gamma radiation and X-Ray photons that can be captured by gamma camera allowing imaging of tumor cells that express CEA. (NCI Thesaurus)
