    Iothalamate Sodium I-125

    The sodium salt form of iothalamate, an organic iodine compound, labeled with iodine I-125 and used as a radiopharmaceutical. Iothalamate sodium I-125 is cleared by glomerular filtration without tubular secretion or reabsorption and can be used as a diagnostic tool to determine the glomerular filtration rate.
