    Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber Syndrome

    A rare syndrome characterized by the presence of port-wine stain (a vascular malformation), varicose veins, and hypertrophy of the soft tissues and bones in an extremity. It usually affects one extremity, most commonly a leg. (NCI Thesaurus)
