Lagociclovir
A nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor with activity against hepatitis B virus (HBV) and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Lagociclovir is a prodrug of 3'-fluoro-2', 3'-dideoxyguanosine with high oral bioavailability and is converted to its triphosphate form in vivo. Lagociclovir is active against multiresistant HBV and HIV. (NCI Thesaurus)
