Lebrikizumab
A humanized monoclonal antibody against interleukin 13 (IL-13) with immunosuppressive and anti-asthmatic activities. Lebrikizumab binds to IL-13 and inhibits IL-13-mediated pathways. IL-13, a cytokine mainly secreted by type 2 helper T cells, plays a key role in the induction of allergic inflammation. (NCI Thesaurus)
