    LHX4/IGHG1 Fusion Gene

    A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(1;14)(q25;q32) which places the LHX4 gene on the 5' side of the coding sequence for the IGHG1 gene. This rearrangement is associated with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
