The malignant neoplasms associated with Li-Fraumeni syndrome include adrenal cortex carcinoma, astrocytic tumors, colorectal carcinoma, gastric carcinoma, malignant breast neoplasms, medulloblastoma, osteosarcoma, and soft tissue sarcomas.
