    Liddle Syndrome

    An autosomal dominant inherited syndrome caused by dysregulation of the amiloride-sensitive sodium channel. It is characterized by early onset hypertension, hypokalemia, metabolic alkalosis, low plasma renin and hypoaldosteronism. (NCI Thesaurus)
