    Definition 1

A disorder characterized by damage of the hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells of the hepatic venules that leads to venular occlusion and hepatocellular necrosis. The clinical signs and symptoms include hyperbilirubinemia, hepatomegaly, and fluid retention. (NCI Thesaurus)

    Definition 2
