MAGE-12 Peptide Vaccine
A synthetic vaccine comprised of a peptide consisting of peptide fragments of melanoma-associated antigen 12 (MAGE-12). MAGE-12 has been identified as an epitope recognized by tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL). Vaccination with MAGE-12 peptide stimulates the host immune system to mount a TIL response against tumor cells expressing MAGE-12, potentially resulting in decreased tumor growth. (NCI Thesaurus)
