Malignant Giant Cell Tumor of Bone
Definition 1
A high grade aggressive bone tumor, usually arising in the end of long bones. The tumor is composed of round or oval mononuclear cells, uniformly distributed osteoclast-like giant cells, and a sarcomatous spindle cell component. Clinical presentation includes pain and edema in the affected area. (NCI Thesaurus)
