    Malignant Glioma

    Definition 1

    A malignant tumor of neuroglial tissue. This term may be used to describe one of a number of primary neoplasms of the brain and spinal cord, including astrocytomas, ependymomas, neurocytomas, etc. Malignant gliomas are the most common primary tumors of the brain. (NCI Thesaurus)
