Malignant Pancreatic Gastrinoma
A gastrin-producing neuroendocrine tumor arising from the pancreas. It is characterized by inappropriate secretion of gastrin and associated with Zollinger Ellison syndrome. It displays vascular invasion and metastasizes to other anatomic sites. (NCI Thesaurus)
