    Medulloblastoma with Melanotic Differentiation

    A rare malignant embryonal neoplasm characterized by the presence of small cells which resemble the cells of classic medulloblastoma and a minor population of melanin-forming neuroepithelial cells. It usually has an unfavorable clinical course. (NCI Thesaurus)
