Methacholine Chloride
The chloride salt form of methacholine, a direct-acting cholinergic muscarinic agonist with bronchoconstrictive, miotic, vasodilator, and cardiac vagomimetic activity. Methacholine chloride acts directly on the muscarinic receptors in the heart, eye, and lung, thereby producing parasympathomimetic effects. (NCI Thesaurus)
