Microvesicular Steatosis
A morphologic finding indicating intracytoplasmic fat accumulation in the liver parenchyma. Unlike macrovesicular steatosis, the fat accumulation occurs around the nucleus of the hepatocytes, without displacing it. (NCI Thesaurus)
