Minimally Invasive Thymoma
A thymoma that focally infiltrates the surrounding capsule and invades the mediastinal fat. This type of thymoma is usually recognized only after microscopic examination. Grossly, it appears indistinguishable from encapsulated thymoma. -- 2005 (NCI Thesaurus)
