MLL/ABI1 Fusion Protein
A fusion protein encoded by the MLL/ABI1 fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the N-terminal half of the histone-lysine N-methyltransferase MLL protein, including the AT hook DNA binding domain and the DNA methyltransferase domain, fused with the C-terminal homeodomain homologous region, polyproline stretches and SH3 domain of the Abl interactor 1 protein.
