MLL/MAML2 Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal inversion inv(11)(q21q23) which fuses the exon 7 of the MLL gene to exon 2 of the MAML2 gene. This rearrangement is associated with therapy-related acute leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
