Monoclonal Antibody Mik-Beta-1
A murine monoclonal antibody directed against of the beta subunit of interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R), expressed on resting T-lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, and some leukemic cell types. Monoclonal antibody Mik-Beta-1 prevents the binding of IL-2 to IL-2R beta, thereby inhibiting the IL-2-mediated proliferation and activation of T-cells. (NCI Thesaurus)
