MOPP
Pronunciation
An abbreviation for a chemotherapy combination used alone or with radiation therapy to treat Hodgkin lymphoma. It includes the drugs mechlorethamine hydrochloride, vincristine sulfate (Oncovin), procarbazine hydrochloride, and prednisone. Also called MOPP regimen. (NCI Dictionary)
