Moraxella osloensis

A species of aerobic, Gram negative, cocci shaped bacteria assigned to the phylum Proteobacteria. This species is oxidase and catalase positive, nonmotile and asaccharolytic. M. osloensis is commensal in the human respiratory tract and rarely pathogenic. (NCI Thesaurus)
