MSN/ALK Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(X;2)(q11;p23) which fuses most of the coding sequence of the MSN gene with the 3' portion of the ALK gene. This rearrangement is associated with rare cases of anaplastic large cell lymphoma. (NCI Thesaurus)
