Muraglitazar
A dual peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) agonist, with hypoglycemic activity. Muraglitazar causes an increase in HDL-C levels, and a decrease in total cholesterol, apolipoprotein B, triglycerides and HbA1c.
