    Myofibroma

    A benign localized neoplasm arising from the subcutaneous tissues and skeletal muscle. It is characterized by the presence of myofibroblastic hyperchromatic spindle cells, hylanized stroma formation, calcification, necrosis, and a multinodular growth pattern. (NCI Thesaurus)
