Nanoimprinting
A lithographic technique that is used to transfer the topographic patterns of a master (often called the mold or template) to a resistant material or other surface through direct contact or pressing. UV radiation or heat is usually applied to make the transferred patterns permanent. (NCI Thesaurus)
