    Human NDOR1 wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of 9q34.3 and is approximately 11 kb in length. This allele, which encodes NADPH-dependent FMN-and FAD-containing oxidoreductase protein, is putatively involved in the metabolic activation of chemicals, such as anticancer drugs, via one-electron reduction.
