    Non-Invasive Bladder Papillary Urothelial Carcinoma, Low Grade

    A papillary transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder, characterized by minimal cytologic atypia and infrequent mitotic figures (usually limited to the lower half of the tumor).
