NUP98/WHSC1L1 Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(8;11)(p11;p15) which fuses the first 11 exons of the NUP98 gene with the last 20 exons of the WHSC1L1 gene. This fusion is associated with acute myeloid leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
