Ovarian Sertoli Cell Tumor
Definition 1
A rare, typically benign ovarian neoplasm composed of Sertoli cells. Patients may present with pseudoprecocity, menometrorrhagia, amenorrhea, hirsutism, and hoarseness. Rarely it may invade the ovarian stroma and extend beyond the ovary. (NCI Thesaurus)
