Ovarian Stromal Hyperplasia
A non-neoplastic disorder that usually affects postmenopausal women. It is characterized by proliferation of ovarian stromal cells without evidence of atypia. There is usually bilateral ovarian involvement. The ovaries may or may not be enlarged. (NCI Thesaurus)
