P2RY8/CRLF2 Fusion Gene
A fusion gene that results from an intrachromosomal deletion of the pseudoautosomal region 1of Xp22.3 and Yp11.3 which fuses the noncoding exon 1 of the P2RY8 gene to the entire coding region of the CRLF2 gene. This rearrangement is associated with Down syndrome-associated acute lymphoblastic leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
