Pallister-Hall Syndrome
A very rare autosomal dominant inherited disorder caused by mutations in the GLI3 gene. It is characterized by a spectrum of abnormalities which include polydactyly, cutaneous syndactyly, bifid epiglottis, hypothalamic hamartoma, and laryngotracheal cleft. (NCI Thesaurus)
