“एकधम्मो, भिक्खवे, भावितो बहुलीकतो एकन्तनिब्बिदाय विरागाय निरोधाय उपसमाय अभिञ्ञाय सम्बोधाय निब्बानाय संवत्तति। कतमो एकधम्मो? बुद्धानुस्सति। अयं खो, भिक्खवे, एकधम्मो भावितो बहुलीकतो एकन्तनिब्बिदाय विरागाय निरोधाय उपसमाय अभिञ्ञाय सम्बोधाय निब्बानाय संवत्तती”ति।
“Ekadhammo, bhikkhave, bhāvito bahulīkato ekantanibbidāya virāgāya nirodhāya upasamāya abhiññāya sambodhāya nibbānāya saṁvattati. Katamo ekadhammo? Buddhānussati. Ayaṁ kho, bhikkhave, ekadhammo bhāvito bahulīkato ekantanibbidāya virāgāya nirodhāya upasamāya abhiññāya sambodhāya nibbānāya saṁvattatī”ti.
“One thing, bhikkhus, when developed and cultivated, leads solely to disillusionment, dispassion, cessation, peace, insight, awakening, and Nibbana. What one thing? Recollection of the Buddha. This one thing, when developed and cultivated, leads solely to disillusionment, dispassion, cessation, peace, insight, awakening, and Nibbana.”
