    PELF Regimen

    A regimen consisting of cisplatin, epirubicin, leucovorin and fluorouracil used for the treatment of advanced-stage gastric cancer. This regimen, developed in Europe, also includes the use of glutathione as a chemoprotectant as well as filgrastim to prevent neutropenia. (NCI Thesaurus)
