Penile Intraepithelial Neoplasia
A precancerous neoplastic lesion that arises from the penis and is associated with human papillomavirus infection. It is characterized by the proliferation of transformed basaloid cells within the epithelium. The basaloid cells exhibit nuclear pleomorphism, hyperchromasia, and loss of polarity. (NCI Thesaurus)
