Peripheral Odontogenic Fibroma
A rare, benign, extraosseous neoplasm arising from tooth-forming tissues. It usually presents as a slow growing exophytic mass in the gingiva. It is characterized by the presence of odontogenic epithelium which is embedded in a fibrous stroma. (NCI Thesaurus)
