    PICALM/MLLT10 Fusion Gene

A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(10;11)(p13;q14) which fuses most of the coding region of the PICALM gene to the 3' portion of the MLLT10 gene. This rearrangement is associated with both lymphoid and myeloid leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
