Pigmented Adrenal Cortex Adenoma
A usually functioning adenoma of the adrenal cortex. Grossly, it has a dark brown appearance and is characterized by the presence of neoplastic cells containing abundant intracytoplasmic lipofuscin. It may be associated with Cushing's syndrome. (NCI Thesaurus)
